I was wondering the same thing. I also got the cancellation notice. It doesn’t even show up in my list of orders as cancelled. Its just gone. Please post if you were able to get them to honor it.
So I just spoke to Amazon and complained that the item was dropped from my order. I told them I was very disappointed and they offered to extend the Prime membership by 1 month. They also offered me a $10 account credit.
I just feel that they should honor it . and a 10 dollar credit and an extra month of prime really doesn’t cut it. does anyone know what other action can be taken? Thanks!
