Step 1: You will need to use an Alexa device or you can also open the Amazon Alexa app for Android or iOS to get this deal, or you can use the Amazon Music App for Android or iOS. If the Alexa App doesn’t work for you, try the Music app and vice versa.
Step 2: Talk to an Alexa device or open the Amazon Alexa/Music app, sign into your Amazon account, and tap the Alexa button in the center bottom menu of the Alexa app or say Alexa in the Music app, then say “Add an Amazon Smart Plug to my cart.” It will be added to your cart.

Can one set hot plate and other small appliances to go on/off on Shabbos?
Other than lights and air conditioning I don’t think there’s any heter to turn on appliances with a timer, but ask your LOR. That being said, this plug is not UL listed or listed by any independent testing firm. I don’t suggest you use it for a hot plate ever.

one thing to be aware of, unlike most smart plugs on the market, these do not work with google, only echo/alexa, beware of that!

Just did it. Didn’t let me through the alexa app or amazon music. only through an echo device.
Also, one one account it did the -10$ prime savings…it used all the 10$ prime savings and lowered the smart plug discount….on my other account, i spent my 10$ prime cash first, and it gave me the whole 20$ off the plug..so spend your cash first!
