Just got an email from Amazon they want to cancel my order since the total was $0

Did anyone check if the email they got is actually from Amazon, mine came from:

Also “which leads to no money from your order.” that’s not true, because i was charged $11.98

“Amazon has sent you one email”, I did not receive any email from Amazon, and my order still shows active on my orders page.

And lastly they want “hope you can send us an Order Cacellation Request email with your order ID and then we can cancel the order for you” not going to do that…

And they put in a plug for another promo they will be running on Monday…

Received today, Almost 2 Month after the order, but 10 days Earlier than the 01/19/18 ETA
