A DDF member reported getting 6, but if you only get 1 bottle then Amazon will typically offer a refund and let you keep it.
If one does it with the kavana of getting a free item, isnt that considered stealing?

I called Amazon. The description shows “pack of 6”, but when you place the order, “pack of 6” does not appear. She put me on hold for a minute to check. When she came back she said that it is a misprint, and that it is definitely only 1 bottle. I cancelled the order

Last time they sent me 2 additional orders to get me the 6 pack… and all 3 orders came with 1… each expecting me to return the singles sent. Was a mess. I finally spoke to a rep instead of chat. They told me the 6 pack never was – it was an error and the first rep should have refunded me and et me keep the 1. They kind of made an offer to keep all 3 for the price I paid… but I was unhappy with that. They sort of felt I knew it was too good to be true and 3 for the price of 1 is good… but in the end they wound up refunding what I paid and cancelling the return requirement for the 1st 2. So… I ended up getting 3 for free… but my per hour tie was way less than minimum wage. lol.

Excellent point. Like most of the others, I received only 1, not 6. Took 15 minutes on the phone to resolve; they refunded without need to return. Based on the comments here, there is evidently much inconsistency in how they handle such an issue. Must depend on whom you end up with on the phone.

My single bottle arrived yesterday, in a huge box that could have held 6. I called Amazon, was put on hold, then told they would credit my Amazon account for $50 so I could purchase the remaining 5! The credit is good for anything sold and shipped by Amazon, they said. Decided to pay it forward and donated $50 to Feeding America, happy holidays!

Received 1 bottle, chatted, they asked me for proof, I provided (if you click the invoice from order details – that shows the listing details as it was during your order), they offered refund, I pushed for more, offered refund + $5 credit, pushed for more, transferred to a supervisor, offered refund, pushed for more, offered refund + $15 credit (claimed it was the most he can do), accepted.
All in all, took 35-40 min.
I message Amazon through the app and they refunded me.

got 1, chatted, they told me to order 5 more at full price and they will refund the money “when it’s received” there was a limit of 3 on the order, so we settled for 3 more with a refund, and an $18 promotional credit
