Good replacement for the BB&B (Professional Series) urn we bought for Pesach. That one did not get very hot at all.

That is actually an advantage for shabbos use according to some poskim. The water in the viewing glass is generally unheated, and as the water level lowers the cold water in the glass enters into the kettle and becomes boiled on shabbos.
