Any idea if something like this would travel well? We’re heading to Hawaii (on one of those SPG voucher deals – THANKS ) & wondering if this might be a good option for the food we’re bringing with us

Him

Good question. I’m curious too.

Dan

If you freeze your food a few days early, it will stay frozen in any regular suitcase.

But if you’re nervous I like the Polar beer suitcase.

Awesome, thanks!

Read the reviews on the cooler – it looks like someone traveled with it from DC to LA. And it seems to have worked out OK. (they strapped it closed but TSA did open it. Plus, they used dry ice in it.)

David

Is the deal for Amazon warehouse? Showing up $23.15 used – like new

I use it all the time for travel to Aruba. Just put frozen food inside. No need for dry ice unless you are using it for a week. AIRLINES WONT LET YOU USE IT WITH ICE i guess they dont want leaks. I just put a travel strap to keep it shut. When you arrive its not with regular baggage. Its with oversized even thought its not beyond dimensions.

Dry ice doesnt cause any leakage my friend. it goes from solid to gas form.
