Amazon is voluntarily recalling 6 AmazonBasics power banks that were sold between December 2014-July 2017. They can overheat or melt, presenting a fire hazard.

You should have received an email from Amazon with information about returning the power bank for a refund. Just follow the link in the email for more information. If you didn’t get an email or if you received one of these power banks as a gift you can call 855-215-5134 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET Monday through Saturday.
