Additional $20 rebate on the Source or Genesis making them about the same price as the Fountain Jet, but the 25 off 75 would work with it. One potential YMMV is that these are in Frustration free packaging which may cause frustration with the UPC on the rebate. Does anyone have experience with that?

@Dan – should I worry if I bought it @ $79 that if they give me a refund there will be a problem with the AMEX 25 off 75 I used because I will end up paying under 75 (I didn’t buy a GC for $75 and then apply it – I put it straight on the AMEX)?

Dan: I ordered this when you posted the Jet deal 2 weeks ago.
I dont know if the $15 rebate will work though. To get this deal (and the one I got 2 weeks ago) it had to be Amazon Frustration Free Packaging. That is basically where Amazon basically repackages it for you so that you can unpack it easily and setup 123. For this reason it did not come with the original packaging that would have the bar code for you to cut out for the $15 CO2 rebate.
At the end of the day I called up Amazon and asked how they can send along a rebate for a product when the product doesnt qualify for the rebate. They credited me $16 bucks for that and I rested my case.
All in all, I paid $15 for the Sodastream Jet. Cant complain. Right? Happy holidays!
