How different are these from the plastic utensils I buy here in Brooklyn for 0.5c-0.75c a piece (box of 400 for $1.99-$2.99)?
These end up $. 02 each, and they are decently heavy weight… (and with all due respect to the previous poster’s sensitivities to the environment, please forgive me here…) I still prefer Costco’s Solo Brand which is heavier than anything in the grocery stores… These are 2nd best!
Dan, I’m an avid follower of your blog and would like to make a request. Could you please refrain from posting deals on single-use plastics. If we start off making an impact with your subscribers, I feel it would go a long way to curb the incidence of micro-plastics getting into our food chain in animals and fish and go towards saving the environment for our children.
