What is a courtesy credit?
I have a $4.35 courtesy credit on top of all that, dropping my total price to $1.13, but I don’t know what the courtesy credit means or where it comes from.
Should I use it? Do I have to use it? How do I find out where it came from?
You should use it. It probably came from an issue with a previous order that a customer service representative may have given to you as a form of compensation for an issue.
