Lol ordered these this morning. It was $18.39 after 15% S&S but tax brought it to $20.02

Costco is $15.79 for 23 regular rolls which comes out to .68 per roll
Amazon, if you are paying $18 per roll then the cost is .60 per roll

These packages of 2 rolls are 160 sq ft total for a little more than $3. Shoprite sells a generic brand of 160 sq ft (albeit 3 rolls) for $2.99.

It came out better to order two packs of 20 from Target for $30 plus a $5 Target gift card so that’s $25 for 40. The amazon one came out to $22 for 30
