Book A JetBlue Vacation And Get A Full Refund If You Cancel 60 Days In Advance

Many airlines are offering the ability to cancel trips that are booked this month, but that just gets you a voucher for future travel.

If you book a JetBlue vacation by tomorrow with a flight and hotel, you can get a full cash refund for your entire package if you decide to cancel. The caveat is that you’ll have to cancel at least 60 days before departure.

This promotion is valid for travel from 9/1/20-2/10/21, with the exception of holiday travel from 12/22/20-1/4/21.

JetBlue Plus or Business cardholders will also get a $100 annual statement credit after spending $100+ on a JetBlue vacation package.

Will you book a JetBlue vacation package with this promo?

$100

Sounds like this is JetBlue’s way of giving out $100 for free.

Are they not going reverse the credit after canceling?

ya

No

Can Mosaic cancel closer in?

E

Not guaranteed. JetBlue Vacations operates as a separate company, so don’t expect full mosaic treatment. It’s always been the case that if you cancel your Vacations itinerary you get a Vacations credit, not a regular TravelBank credit. That’s a pain. And there were a couple of quiet nasty little anti-mosaic changes that went into effect a while ago. If you book any non-flight part of the vacation that is “non-cancellable” then Mosaic benefits do NOT apply. You may get a courtesy, but not guaranteed. And finally, they used to award full mosaic points on the whole vacation, now you get 1 lousy point/$ for the non-flight portion.

Oh yeah, you also don’t get the Mosaic customer service line just the regular Vacations line, although the Mosaic reps will try to help you through.

Sounds like JetBlue is desperate for business but not desperate enough. I’m out current pandemic climate anything can happen in 60 days or less.

@dan. I am looking to fly from TLV to NYC in August. The best rates are with Aeroflot and Turkish. In your opinion, which is better to fly with? I will be flying with 3 small children. Thank you!

Darius Rucker

I would recomend that you fly aerofart and let the kids fly on turkish. turkish has all kinds of great prizes and toys to keep the kids entertained.

$100 just isn\'t worth it

Not doing it for $100. I’m Mosaic, and I don’t even like JetBlue anymore, but…

E

Me too, but I wonder if it’s bc I haven’t been flying lately. Nothing like an American flight to help make me appreciate JetBlue.
