Each Venmo Giveaway prize award consists of: one (1) payment via Venmo to the eligible entrant of up to a maximum of $20.00, based upon the following:
$5.00 shall be awarded for each eligible entrant who is among the first (10,000) entrants to successfully complete and submit an online entry starting at 10:00 a.m. ET on 6/8/2022, as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Sponsor’s time clock shall be the sole determinant of the eligible entry time period, and determination of the first (10,000) eligible entries received.
$5.00 shall be awarded to the eligible entrant for each successful RSVP received from an eligible entrant’s Invitee (each age 21 or older), who respond and confirm acceptance of the invite per the required instructions within 48-hours of entrant’s initial registration, up to a maximum of $15.00 in total (based upon $5.00 per invitee who successfully RSVP’s within the required deadline, up to a maximum of three (3) invitees per eligible entrant). If an Invitee does not successfully RSVP for any reason within 48-hours of the eligible entrant’s initial registration, the entrant shall NOT receive the $5.00 for that associated Invitee. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity and age of any Invitee in a manner in its sole discretion, including requiring submission of proof of age and identity via a government issued Photo ID.
For purposes of clarity, the maximum available Venmo Giveaway prize award per eligible entrant shall not exceed $20.00, regardless of the number of invitees or RSVP’s received by an eligible entrant.
