Update: I was just able to pay my Sprint bill with a legacy village gift card! Thanks to NW for the comment!
Legacy Village is an outdoor “lifestyle center” mall in Cleveland. They even offer free horse-drawn carriage rides on weekends throughout the holiday season.
They are running a promotion today for a 20% bonus on gift cards purchased. Buy a $50 gift card and get $60, but a $500 gift card and get $600. The limit is one $500 purchase per person.
The gift cards never expire and are valid at all stores at legacy village including Crate and Barrel, Nordstrom Rack, Sprint, Urban Active Gym, and the Giant Eagle grocery store.
