not true,i just returned a product from 2 years ago, i dont know where you guys get this stuff…
only computers have a limited return policy(6 months)
Be advised that that the customer reviews for this product on amazon say that the the product design is flawed, and that it breaks in half after around half a year of use.

So I bought them in OD then did a price match to Costco so paid 14.99 total
