How can we ensure that the Hungarian Goose Down does not come from Live-Plucked or Force-Fed Geese?
It is not a legal question but ethical. Geese in Hungary are raised (and tortured) for their meat, it is common practice. The down and feathers are a byproduct of the meat industry. In order to abolish this cruel practice we should only purchase down and feather products from companies that can certify their products are conflict free.
