Got shoes for my kids from them last week. Very nice stuff. Kids haven’t worn them yet but it looks like the quality is better than the price.

Hi it’s not that strict.This is the regular policy that every store has.Especially when they are having a very low mark up.Go to the regular stores will you pay $110 for a pair of shoes.
Hi Mo, depends what type of shoes we are talking about. Right now there are many online retailers deeply discounting their clothing and shoes partly because their physical stores are shut, but also because many businesses across the board are hurting. But going back to a policy which may benefit at being more flexible would be the return policy. Kids are home, Pesach prep is underway, not everyone lives near the physical store. I think it would be wise business practice to instead of requiring the shoes to be returned in a mere few hours (1PM the next day) after receiving them, provide an extension in some form or another. Perhaps you don’t think that’s strict, but I guess I’m in a different universe.
As of 3/30/20 your website return policy states “Since Perroquet shoes are made available to you at rock bottom prices, all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges.”
Yea, they completely did a 180 and aren’t taking my returns either. I dont think its right the policy changed literally overnight, I’m disputing the charge with AMEX
