Providence is a wonderful community! Amazing Yeshiva there as well.
I was intrigued until I looked on Zillow-it seems that pricing is 900k plus for a 4br and 1.5 million for a nice house in the Frum Eiruv!
The website says housing is low, is there another area?
Nah, Providence is an expensive part of New England. Connecticut (outside of Fairfield County) and western Massachusetts tens to be more affordable
There are several areas within the eruv, one is the other side of Hope street and one is Pawtucket, a half hour walk to the school. Right now there’s a house available in the 450 range. If you reach out, the community will be happy to assist you.
