The 8 oz bottle is only allowed if traveling with kids?
Would be ideal to make a 3 oz bottle to be available to take on a plane even if not traveling with kids.
Any size okay if traveling with kids. If no kids then any size okay so long as liquid is frozen (or substantially frozen in my experience), but others should feel free to chime in if they disagree. Personal experience only!!
Depends which country you’re in, I think in the USA that is correct but I was in the UK & froze my liquid for my baby & they made me throw it out, they said that since it’s frozen they can’t check it but had it been liquid I would’ve been good. That was some nightmare of a experience flying out of MAN. @dan is this true?
UK has one of the most inconsistent policies.Same with NY.
point is to have it packed with under 3 oz. so no need it to be frozen and can have a good coffee on flight or at the AP

I used this many times. It’s great.
Sometimes even use it at home for coffee if regular milk goes bad. Pretty great product to have around.
Wish these were sold in local stores and/or smaller packs than 24…

There was shelf-stable Cholov Yisrael milk over 20 years ago. IIRC it was a special run of Parmalat. It was available for only a short time.
Depending how long the shelf life is, maybe this is from that run 🙂
Called the company last year before our trip to Yellowstone and they shipped us a case.
Tasted great, the whole family used it.

CY is a crazy chumra but knock yourselves out.

I assume you’re posting sarcastingly, but i’ll nonetheless respond; you gotta go back a learn the history; CY was the non negotiable standard observed by ALL yidden since the times of the gemara – up until R’ Moshe Feinstein made his heter of Cholov Stam – clearly stating that it should only be used as needed, (not trying to negate the acceptability of CS nowadays, but) those who rely on his heter are the exception, not the norm, CY isn’t a chumra, it is a requirement, unless you except the heter of RMS, so don’t bash those who stick to it – trust me, many of us wish we didn’t have to….
I emailed the company regarding shelf life until opening. They replied “We try to at least have 6 months left when you purchase. But can be up to 10 months depending on production date.”
BTW with CY so readily available there really is no heter to use CS. Recently with injections administered to cows among other treatments there is a serious issue with TREIFA.
