I don’t know the limitations but it’s a home energy program, so there definitely are some. at a minimum don’t try buying furniture as your $10,000 home improvement.
is this only for NYS residents?
does this apply for rockland county aswell?(monsey)
I imagine they basically say it will cost you $25,000 of basic work, but we will take 10k off, so it will ‘only’ cost you 15 – if you do the basic work with them. Remember, nothing is free.
