Any opinions on the Halachic aspect of this product?
Hard to say, its a Grey area
+1 🙂
Zeyr gut gezuckt.
ok.. that was good! Speaking as a Dad joke
Lol, all joking aside, I’d suggest discussing halachic questions with your LOR and not DD commenters 🙂
Dan, for many of us you are our Rabbinic figure.
thank you Dan for being big enough to acknowledge that it is a question! There are bloggers (well not just bloggers, lots of people) that would just put their own financial gain ahead of their scruples. Thank you for leading the way and inspiring honesty
Why r u posting this if its questionable? Like avoiding gambling and sex ads you should avoid…
Same reason we post deals on razors and OU-D products, even though my Rav would say they’re assur for me.
Everyone can talk to their own LOR and find out what’s right for them.
Hold on, this sounds familiar; someone once asked a kosher l’Pesach question to someone from the OK about cups and he said something to the effect, if you’re eating the cups it could pose a shayla but then again if you’re eating cups it’s a much bigger shayla…are you going to eat this? Anyone have the# for poison control?
From what ive heard from my rav, its allowed only in the correct situations. If uts a yoing bachur thats prematurely greyed and would like to dye his hair its muttar if its not normal for ppl his age to have grey hairs and it would help him for shidduchim. However, he should not deceive the girl and let her know that he dyes his hair as that would be problematic as well. For a stam married man in say his upper 30s or 40s to dye his hair it would be problematic. But ask your LOR
Well that explains it. I thought the guy in the picture was dyeing his hair grey and looked worried in the mirror as he wasn’t sure it was grey enough 🙂
