This gets posted all the time and never actually works. First of all, the cheapest frame on the website is $12.95 (and that is the ridiculous colored frames). Then you need to add lenses. The free lenses are $4.95. There is then an $8.95 processing fee. Add it all up, you get to $35.81 for 2 glasses (because they charge you the $8.95 processing fee on the free glasses).

I would love to see some instructions on how the advertisement of $12.90 for TWO glasses comes out

This is marketing plain and simple. As you said and I checked, the only frames at the $12.95 price are frames no one would ever buy. You would need to buy 2x at that $12.95 price. With the code, you can get 2x for the $12.95 as stated. However, no one would ever actually do that.. BUT $35 for two pairs is still a pretty good deal and thats the point. Instead of $12.95, I’m now looking at two pairs for $50. They did their job.
