Can someone please explain what’s meant by “+1 day (for halachic purpose)?”
I’m not 100% sure, but I THINK it means that for the last 24 hours they can sell however many tickets they want? So it’s 250 tickets sold + however many in that 24 hour period. I don’t know the Halachic reasons why.
For anyone interested in this raffle but finds the price of a ticket to be too expensive— they give you an option to split a ticket 2 ways ($500) or 4 ways ($250)!
Dan- the way this was sold, this should be “+1 day after selling 250 tickets” not keeping people in a holding pattern for a date to be announced in the future.
