Why that language?

Title says discount code works on entire website but details say it excludes 12- and 24-packs of jerkey (complete disconnect there!).
I can’t get it to accept discount code on an order of 24-count of beef bars. Really a big mess of a promotion.
After you apply the discount the free shipping goes away.

Correct, order must be $50 not including $7.99 for shipping. This is an amazing deal!
