New Poll:

Charles Light of Approved Funding Corp is working on a special promotion for readers!

He would like to offer a mileage points bonus to everyone who closes a mortgage loan with him before July 1st, 2008 (purchase or refinance).

He wants you, the readers, to select your mileage preference- would you rather he offered 30,000 American Airlines AAdvantage Miles or 20,000 Starwood Starpoints? (Only one will be offered, not both)

Please email with your preference.

By the end of next week, the votes will be tallied and if there is enough interest in either one of these promotions, it will be offered exclusively to DansDeals readers.

Approved Funding Corp is a mortgage banker licensed in NY, NJ, FL, MD, CA, PA & CT.

Conforming loans, Jumbo loans, FHA loans and the new Jumbo Conforming loan limits are available as well as Hard Money Loans.

If you are in the market for a mortgage now, please call (516) 945-6292 or go to and fill out the contact form and someone will call you.

And remember; tell him that you heard about him from DansDeals!!

So Dan what’s better the 20K starwood or 30K american?

I did my mortgage with him and he was the best!!! best rate, best service! I compared him with all of his competition and he came out with the best rate and service!
I highly recommend using him.
(and no he did not pay me to write this)

Sad news, Amazon now has to charge tax with there stuff shipped to NY, and not only them, so now the main this is return shipping.

Thanks to everyone who has emailed with their votes.
I know it is before Pesach and most people are not even thinking about mortgages, but if everyone can please email a vote (you don’t need to be in the market for any real estate financing) that would certainly help fuel this campaign.
