There doesn’t appear to be Zika there according to the CDC and from what I could find on Google.
Was there 2 weeks ago ..to best of my knowledge no issue with zika (or mosquito ‘s in general )

There is a starwood hotel there, one would need to call them to book a room as they generally dont post their days on SGP. If you email the hotel they can send out the kosher meal selection which is flown in from Miami. Below is their list of available food from my last trip.

There has not been any recorded cases of Zika in the Cayman Islands. This week there was one tourist who returned home with Zika and he was in Cayman as his last stop but its still unknown where he got it
