Jay

Also, Spirit has a bunch of $55 days to and from Fort Lauderdale in December, including one that works perfectly for Shabbos (Dec. 18-20).

Dan

@Jay:
Add carryon fee, checked bag fee, holiday checked bag surcharge fee, 40 pound checked bag fee, seat reservation fee, water fee, soda fee, bathroom fee, oxygen fee…

Jay

@Dan: Dan, I was a Yeshiva Bochur for four years in Israel, I think I know how to pack light. (the oxygen could be a problem though, lol)

Al

Dan,
Totally unrelated, but I wanted to know how it’s possible to add a child onto my cc account in order for me to help them build up credit. I don’t plan on giving them a card, but I would like them to build up credit over the years as I continue to pay bills etc.
my parents did this for me at age 2, and I have excellent credit as a result.
I tried to do on Amex, but seems that you need to be 15 years old…
Any ideas?
Thanks

Moe

Dec 17 MIA-LGA seams dead. Am I missing something?

Dan

@Al:
Try another bank if you don’t want to lie.

@Moe:
Works fine on Priceline, still $54.

Welder

Done! In for 6 tickets. Thank you! BTW I tried searching for 6 directly on Priceline and it still worked.

Barbara

Got it! First time , Priceline . Thx!!

Welder

Now that I booked a few tickets on one reservation, is it possible to cancel just one of them without canceling all, or is it too late?

Anonymous

@Welder:
All good. I made new reservation, each one separately, and then canceled the first one 🙂

Morris

Dec 24 NYC to Mia not working?

Dan

@Morris:
I never wrote that 12/24 was a valid NYC-MIA date.

Saul

any JFK?

Dan

@Saul:
No.

Anonymous

@Dan: There are $49 dates out of pbi on b6 to JFK (been around for a while), but none otw there.

Moe

@Dan: whoops I was looking for Delta only. Though American/Delta meant both offering on those dates.

ben

@dan priceline is not allowing cancellations now. helllppppp!

Elisheva

are the ticket prices that you are offering for coach or any specific cabin class? also how do i work my way up to a round trip ticket? or did u mean i should pay for each way separtely? also if u said that we should work our way up to 2 tickets from starting the search indicating only 1 adult, how do i do that if the 2nd ticket i am buying is for a child? did u mean i buy each one separately? sorry if my questions seem dumb. i rather try to get it right the first time around ^_^

Elisheva

i wish priceline or orbitz offered u to select all cabin class that way it can show u all the available low prices per date per cabin class. instead of it only allowing u to select “coach/economy” or let say “first” ….

question 4 answer

do british airways visa credit card family plan, my kids have it all since before they were born, it says on there card since 1993, but they were born one in 1995 and one in 1998 etc. when my 18 yr old went to get a cel phone they said wow he is eligible for 5 phones with no deposit, bec. of his parents cc. BUT now that the kids are older they have a hard time getting a cc bec. for there income there is too much already allowed on the visa card. has pros and cons, collect miles with every penny you spend and fly the world, BA can be used on AA and many other flights.

Elisheva

dan do i need to buy the trip insurance from orbitz in order to get a refund on the plane tickets to florida i need to cancel them , like u mention up above

elisheva

should i buy the trip protection thingy for an extra $35, in case i will need to cancel the ticket before shabbos this week

Elisheva

so the reason i am asking this is because on orbitz i found flights for $60 one way & they gave me a discount for my kids for only $45 each ticket for them. so i was wondering if i should buy the trip protection plan also just to hold on to this deal before its gone only 4 tickets left, its amazing since i need exactly that amount,
