I dont believe this a “deal”. This is more for those that want Green Mountain gear. At Target 24 packs are usually $11-$13, so essential you are paying an extra $6 bucks for the tote and cup.

@Dan: True, but the point is you are just paying more for the tote and cup, while the coffee is not cheaper than usual.
