I haven’t flown El Al. Their business class configuration is similar to United which is good, though El Al’s is on a 787, so seats are slimmer than on a 777.
The narrower seat makes a difference when the United seats are not that wide to start with. Sad to say that whilst the planes are new and clean the cabin staff are the same. Actually, it is worse because they are so full of how good their third world airline is now that it has new planes. The arrogance is too much to take. Stick to a US or European airline even if the latter includes a change. Personally, I don’t thi8nk Swiss can be beaten.

Only made my flight Monday because I was on United connecting to United and had status.

IIRC round trip in coach is 84K PP- therefore you would need 420k MR which will convert into 504k Qantas ( 84k*6)

You can book infants together with adults on Qantas’ website. There is no charge other than tax.
