Regardless if one gets these specific address numbers or others that exist out there, just make sure to have large, bright address numbers on one’s home. Hatzalah, Police, Fire, and EMS often struggle trying to find a home requiring emergency services because of no address or hidden address numbers. Every second counts in some situations.

Why did you need to contact customer service?
I ordered the wrong 1-3 number unit accidently (I needed the 4-5). they sent me my new on. and let me ship the small one for free.
Looks like this only works against a dark background. Anyone know if it works against a white background?
At night it makes the numbers visible regardless of the background, in my experience.
