I ordered 2 cases, but only received 1. Upon checking my Amazon Business account I saw that the order was edited to just 1. I was charged $5.99 shipping as the order for 1 case was under $25 and I don’t have Prime on my business account. I called Amazon and the first agent offered a full refund for the case received, but couldn’t adjust the price for another case. A manager then agreed to put a $30 promotional credit on my account to buy another case, but it turns out that Amazon promotional credits don’t work on items that have business pricing. To make up for that, the manager offered to give me a $60 promotional credit and a full refund for the case received!
