I think the issue some people are having is that 6 (5+1) boxes are not enough to get a positive total to enable checkout. Try 5+2.

Add a $25 costco gift card. I ordered 250 masks plus $25 gift card for a total of $25 shipped!

lol i had 300 in my cart and they were charging 6.96 bec of the 5% non member fee, i then took off 1 of the boxes of the 4.99 and now the order total was 1.50 for 250 masks!!

Where did you get to 350? 5x 50 = 250! not 350.

The tax of $1.99 for a NYC customer is a total mistake! its 8.875% Rate is way more tax for the $4.95 net + the $2.50 non mem. surcharge totaling $7.45.
