I read the post about getting the page to display the subscribe and save option but it’s not working for me. I only get the options to bu now or add to cart. Nothing to expedite or utilize a subscribe and save option. Any thoughts on how I can get subscribe and save to appear as an option?

Seems like 40% off is capped to discount of 17.09. So don’t save on any quantity more than one. Anyone else have this?
