Initially said that I had previously had a 30 day trial. Never remembered doing that so I emailed them and they enrolled me into this trial and I received the $10 credit.

Amazon sent a confirmation email. I had an error so had to chat the rep but he said the confirmation should arrive within 10 minutes and it did for me.
