I called them and they and the CSR said that I should place the order and her the order number and she would adjust the amount charged to my card
I got an email confirm of the refund b/f I got the confirm of the order

Also the $4 2 year coverage is a great add on. seems to be out of stick at Amazon

if full price shows in cart, order it at full price, then call target cust service and they’ll issue a refund for the 40% off. you’ll get a refund email right away. I just did that
