When ordering and shipping to New Jersey they charge sales tax even though there is NO sales tax on clothing including shoes for items delivered to New Jersey. See page 20-21 on NJ sales tax PDF link.
So if you get charged, make sure to get a credit.

i chatted with online rep abt sales tax and this was their response: “That is a great question! Since you’re placing your order online, it will always calculate the estimated sales tax. Since we don’t charge you until the item ships out, the system will recognize you’re not suppose to be charged sales tax and it will drop off. So you will see an authorization for the amount with estimated taxes in your account, but once it ships and the money withdrawals it will be the amount without taxes”.
