Just a clarification – this is actually better than Dan has listed… It is not really 72 K-cups. It is 48 K-cups and 24 carafe pods. Each pod makes like 6 cups of coffee (I think) in the carafe…

I received my K200 today. It was shipped in only the merchandising box, which was not taped shut. It looked battered and disgusting. There is supposed to be an outer, brown, shipping box. Upon opening the already open box, I noticed a couple of glaring gaps in the packing. I called Best Buy and the agent suggested I look at an unpacking video on You Tube. I did this and saw that the descaling solution and the 6 pack K cup sampler was missing.

Best Buy is replacing the unit and I am sending this back. If it had been in a sealed brown box, this would not have happened. The K cup and pods arrived in a separate box with security seal tape all round. Duh!!!
The $15 gift card has not shown up yet. Apparently that comes by regular mail.

One more tip. When I did my order on my phone, it did not work the first few times, but the 20% coupon was cancelled by the first attempt. I had to call and get the 20% back after the delivery. No problem.

I’ve never used the Carafe pods before. Can I reuse the pod to make multiple single cups or do you have to make a full pot each time?

Bought 2. Returned one today but they didn’t ask for gift card or any k cups. Yay
