Purchased the air condition. Checkout amount was 81.98 but paypal debited $99. Will paypal credit me the $20??

the 18k BTU one is on amazon for 320, not 425.

I checked out via Paypal
On Amazon, each model has a perfect 5 star rating with 5 reviews each. However, each model has the same reviews as the other models. (i.e. in total there are 5 reviews, not 15). Not sure that it matters to anyone, but figured it may be helpful.
