Some dates have availability with Spirit as well.

Dan

@sjsitt:
You’d have to pay me $96.20 to fly Spirit.

jb

dan, you’d have to get amazing value for 2606 miles to be worth $96. more likely to be worth $25-50. btw if doing for a mileage run can one book multiple tickets for the same flight ( for the same person) and credit them all to 1 mileage acct? hence 10 tickets for 1 person would be worth 26060 miles, and would save you the effort of making 10 trips! thank you for your response

Dan

@jb:
Agreed, this post was copy/pasted from this morning’s Vegas deal and then edited, but I missed deleting that line.

Dov

Thanks Dan, have anything to Houston??

sjsitt

Looks like all the US Airways prices were pulled.. All I am finding now is Spirit with this price..

Temima

I booked it on the US Air website, which gives you 24 hour changes without a change fee, and double miles earned if using the US Airways credit card

Dan

@sjsitt:
Still plenty of USAirways availability.

@Temima:
Priceline gives you 5 days to cancel for free and you still get double miles with a USAirways or Sapphire Preferred credit card.

Dov

If I take a return flight from Dallas that connects in Houston, can I just get on in Houston??

sjsitt

@Dan
For some reason I wasn’t seeing it on Priceline or the ITA before but now I see it again.

@Dan: Where are you still seeing it? Priceline? Orbitz?

Yehuda25

@Dan: You are right, Now I see it again, weird how it disappeared before.

Temima

@dan. Ahhhhh. Didn’t know the double miles thing worked with Priceline. Thanks. Next time!

Checking weather now historically for Dallas, it is not as warm as I thought. can be 30 at night. Not Miami, I guess.
then would go if want to meet friends, not for sunshine.

@Dan:
What is the difference between Frontier that you promote, and Spirit that you trash?
Ok spirit is about $10 more per bag, but don’t both charge for drinks ect?

Anonymous

@Deal Guy:
*both DO charge for drinks

Hb

Booked two flights from phl-las. One way was on Priceline, but the other way I had to book directly from USairways to get the $40 rate. What’s the deal with the double miles you mentioned?
