It appears that the promotional value on this is only $41. But it also says valid for 24 hrs of parking. Which is it?

$20 is the max discount, not the max price of the deal.
These are great… works like a charm. The employees take them without hesitation, even last time telling me how smart I was.
Keep in mind some locations will treat a minivan as “oversize” and add a $15 surcharge.
