I think the cancelling after you order only works if you have Prime.

I show $5.14 shipping costs (going to NJ) even after ordering & deleting the unwanted items.
Ordered one. I added on to the order to make it free shipping and then cancelled and they added a shipping charge to the toothbrush.
i added to my cart 25 dollars add on items , and canceld it now and i see i am being charged 5.60 shipping now !!

If you are planning to cancel after you order then don’t do 2 day shipping because they start shipping right away and it doesn’t allow you to cancel. Take the longer shipping then you have an option to cancel part of your order after you placed your order.
