Have same question! This one has 12x optical zoom but only 10mp the 110 has 5x optical zoom but 16mp, so which one is better? I didn’t buy the 110 yet

From 10mp and higher you would rather go with the more optical zoom. Cuz, you wont see much of a difference between 10 and 16mp on point in shoot. But a better optical zoom will add a lot to your photos. Also the 520 has more features In general

One big bad about the 520 that is supports only micro sd cards! It could get lost very easy and u can’t use all ur old sd cards
