I hate this mattress. I bought two for me and my wife and it was horrible. We thought mattress was messed up, so we complained to the W store and they exchanged them, now we’re having similar issues with one of the mattresses. Maybe some of them are good, but we’ve had a bad experience twice. Maybe the full size is bad. My sister in law has a twin and it’s great

I don’t have a full size, but we’ve been very happy with all of our W mattresses, and our guests are as well, in fact many of them go out and buy one afterward!
I’ve met many people who have thanked me for their W mattress deal, but I’m sorry you’ve had bad luck with it! Maybe their quality has gone down recently or the full size is just no good?

to clarify i want to let everyone know they dont make them like they used to. About 2 years or so ago they changed the make of the beds and their quite terrible now. They dont have any support and their extremely soft. My sister just bought one and i told her to send it back. I had the mattress from 4 years ago and they were amazing- called W hotel and they said they changed the beds in the last 2 years and its very soft. So warning- their not made like they used to be!!! IF you like soft than go for it. If you want any support waste of time and money..
