The Groupon computer is much worse.
It only has a slower i3 processor and it has less RAM.

lets say u purchase it on the amex card but a year later you cancel the card? do you still get the warranty?

The laptop comes with just a one year warranty included, not 3. what do you mean by 4th yr warranty on Amex?
