I used two different cards and made a donation to this organization yet did not receive any email confirmation from AMEX that it went through. Any idea what the story is here?
I would give it a week and see if the credit comes through automatically. Otherwise I will investigate to see what is going on exactly and if refunds will need to be provided.
I was still not credited yet? Are other people experiencing the same thing?

Try sending American Express a secure message online asking about it (send it to social media inquiry and/or billing statement/account balance) or you can always just ask ivolunteer for a refund as the credit did not come through.
Also, when do we expect the $5 Amazon credit?
