I read a number of reviews that it doesn’t work on synthetic
corks. Is that true?
Is it also true as one person wrote that “More and more wineries are distributing bottles with synthetic corks to prevent rotten corks from spoiling the wine” ?

This is definitely the best wine opener I have ever used, much better than the fancy “the rabbit” ones. I bought one back in ’08 for $19.99 when Dan posted it and loved it, it was a great hit on Purim in yeshiva, until some drunk guy broke it one year, tempted to buy it again.

This works better than the rabbit in my opinion. I got a rabbit as a present and used it just once before going back to this.

The last time you posted this 4 for 3 deal in December of 2008 – the price was 19.99
I picked it up then and its still working well!…. I guess if u adjust for inflation, its about the same price :p
