The bosch motor is more powerful- we have both the professional kitchenaid and the bosch, but we only make challah in the bosch; u can make it in kithcenaid if u split the recipe in half

@bz: I’ve been told that this is a good substitute as the bowl now is bigger than before and thus more suitable for challah.

This is the 4.5 quart model, NOT the larger 6 qt model.

This is actually the 5 quart, so in between the 4.5 and 6 models.
