Sam T

The last time teltik posted here I ported over to teltik.The customer service was heimish and really great. The best part was they gave me free international data for my trip to Israel and it worked great. I think they r the only prepaid that give this perk.I did need to give my business info.

YGX

Haha… @SamT you may want to clarify on the heimish. For me, heimish customer service sounds like something I’d want to avoid at all costs!

mark

does anyone know if this is good service?

yitty

will it roam in canada ?

Kevin

@yitty:

Yes. All of our plans include service to and within Canada.

B&H employee

just spoke to them its good heimish customer service just like us 🙂

chaim999

Any one w/ experience on the service in the Catskills upstate Ny

Avi

That was my question as well. How is their service in the Catskills?

Moish

If I signed up for a plan on the previous promotion last month, can I switch to the 17 dollar plan?

Anonymous

Their service is tmobile,and yes their heimish customer service is great

sam T

Their service is Tmobile i personally use it for data, and yes their heimishe customer service is great

Aron

How is the service in Monroe area?

Dovid

@Aron: For Monroe, NY coverage I clicked on “coverage” on the Teltik.com website which pulls the official T-Mobile coverage map and entered in the zip “10950”. It showed great coverage.

Anonymous

Is this $17 for the first month or for every month?

Also?

@Kevin: so this has the equivalent of binge on from Tmobile? Also, any contract? Also, is it easy to port out? Also, are all the features of the cloud based PBA free or is there a separate charge or package for that? Call recording etc.

Anonymous

@Aron:
Very Hamish

Jason

Is the data actually unlimited or it slows down if u use to much??

David

@Anonymous: This is $17 every month and you will be locked in at this rate.

Kevin

@Anonymous:

The $17 price is the monthly recurring charge, all the while the line remains active.

huh?

you say twice in your ad that all 3 are ‘unlimited’ for $17, but in the plans, the only unlimited data is $40.

“For a limited time get Teltik’s UNLIMITED Talk, Text & Data plan for only $17/mo”

which is it?

Kevin

@Also?:

1. Only the $30 6GB plan includes the BingeOn feature. (The 2GB plan does not include it, and unlimited ones don’t need it.)
2. There are no contracts, and you are free to port out whenever you would like. It is a very simple process and can be done in just a few hours.
3. The cloud-phone system account comes with your first order of wireless service – for free. This will include 1 extension, 100 outgoing minutes, and all the other features like the virtual receptionist, call forwarding, call recording, and so on. Adding extensions or minutes however, will be at an additional cost.

Aharon

Any way to do this with a current T-Mobile plan? I know it says no, but maybe there’s a roundabout way

Kevin

@huh?:

All our plans include unlimited data – you will never be capped on your usage. However, some plans include an allotted amount of high speed data, and once that amount is depleted, the data will get throttled to slower speeds.

Using the $17, 2GB plan as an example, at the beginning of the data cycle, you will have 2GB of 4G LTE speeds to use freely. Once the 2GB is used up, your speeds will become slower, but you will also be connected.

We also offer plans that give you unlimited 4G LTE data speeds. Namely, the $40 plan, and $55 plan.
(These two plans differ as follows: the $40 plan has unlimited Mobile HotSpot capabilities, but at 3G speeds, while the $55 plan has 14GB for HotSpot usage, but at 4G LTE speeds. The $40 plan also has video streaming in DVD quality – 480p.)

Hershel

What’s the max speed mbps I can get on lte ?

I know that Verizon limits the mnvos to 5 mbps

Kevin

@Hershel:

Teltik does not operate as an MVNO. Our service has the same network priority as any other T-Mobile business plan.

Download Speed: Typically between 3 – 25 Mbps, with peaks up to 90 Mbps
Upload Speed: Typically between 2 – 10 Mbps, with peaks up to 35 Mbps

leib

could i sign up for this if i dont have a business tax id?

yossi

what is the cheapest phone that I could buy from amazon or best buy that would work with this $17 plan

David

@leib: This comes back when you chat with Teltik asking this question:

Our plans are centric to BUSINESS use. So yes, upon signing up, a quick and easy verification will get you right in.
Here’s the lowdown:
1) If you, are a LLC or corporation, when prompted, please provide the name of the business and the tax ID or EIN.

2) If you are self employed, a sole proprietor, contractor or similar in nature and do not have an EIN, you will be prompted to enter your name and upload either a screenshot of your online business profile, or a document from an official entity stating the name of your business. This may include a business registration, DBA form, sales and use form, business license, permit, or screenshot of website or online business listing.

Hope this helps.
