Got the WF5500/DV5500 gas dryer. I had to remove the pedestal to get the discount on the washer. Seems maybe it only works on 2 things.

ok i figured out how to get it . put the pedestal in your cart . add the code. it will tell you people who bought this usually buy this and it shows a picture and an add to cart button. i deleted the pedestal and was able to buy a washer by itself and a dryer by itself 2 orders. good luck

WORKED! I did the Pedestal Method. I couldn’t select any that worked from the link on this site, but did a search and “Command F”‘d around the page to find one I could add to cart.
Then I was able to add on the bottom of the “suggested for you page” and refreshed until I found a washer and dryer that was the right type (front load) and color (stainless steel).
I move into a house (my first home/mortgage) September 16 and this is a HUGE boost to my finances.

Just got off the phone with Samsung – the ZIP codes are a glitch they are working on – you can place the order using a different Zip code and change the shipping address tom with the shipper ( system has to update) . You have to choose a working Zip code that is in the same “regional center” – I guess as close to home as possible – i found 07764 to work (30 min from lakewood)

I finally got it after trying all day! I got the 7450 dryer added to the cart with the add to cart and continue shopping option, then I added the matching 7450 washer from the recommendation in the cart. Code worked for both and order finally went through. Thanks, Dan! I paid nearly the same amount as it would’ve cost me to replace the motor on my old one!

Add the 2019 Pedestal in whichever color you want, your cart will then give you option to add the matching washer and dryer and it will ship to wherever you like. Then remove pedestal and add promotion code (seems to be case sensitive). Just worked for me to 08527.

I had everything going great, ready to pay, and then the code gets removed and I couldn’t get it to work on my mobile device (not even in “desktop” mode). I was able to get the dryer added on my laptop, but the washer was no longer available in 11218. Don’t really need the dryer (the controls are on top, making it difficult to reach when I stack them)

Here’s what worked for me based on someones helpful advice here. Search for stacking kit. Add a stacking kit 27 inch to cart for 39,99. Then towards bottom of page it shows recommended products. Choose the washer that is not on sale. after adding to cart it will show you dryers that are recommended. choose the one that is not on sale. Then add promo to your card.

Here is my issue: it gave me a delivery date of MID-OCTOBER, yet Samsung charged my card in full NOW. Are they allowed to charge that far before delivery?
Got the 5300 in white? I wanted to get in black but was able to get in white with mid-october delivery in Brooklyn. Called Samsung up, they are going to request stock to be transferred from another location. Try that, should work. I’m supposed to get a call within 48 hours with a new delivery date.

I bought a dv-5500 electric dryer and when i got home I realized my hookup is gas. does anyone want to switch with me. i’m in Brooklyn. i called Samsung there is nothing they can do. its being delivered on Monday
Firstly you can push off the delivery online. Second, cant you just see if you can plug it in and don’t use the gas (shut the valve)? The electric dryers are more energy efficient so it shouldn’t be a terrible energy cost difference. Definitely not with this price anyhow.
I really don’t think that electric dryers are more energy efficient than gas dryers (unless your source of electricity is solar).
