What’s the expected reliability of their operations? Have they improved after their recent meltdowns?
I was turned off from southwest when they cancelled my erev pesach flight three hours before takeoff was scheduled and there was nothing available to reschedule and they were not helpful at all (I ended up having to book a flight on a different airline while driving to the airport)

Major issues with the SW site. Multiple people reporting errors logging in. Can they get anything right?
